I hunted with recurves my whole life until a few years ago some friends got me into target archery useing those funny looking bows with wheels. At the end of last hunting season I decided to return home. And I'm gonna do it in style.Just sent off my deposit to Dan Toelke for a new 64" Whip longbow.Coco bola riser and Juniper limb  faces and sheephorn tips .Dan was great to deal with and very patient with all my questions.I feel like a kid before Christmas.I haven't been this excited about an upcomeing hunting season in years  :D    :D    :D
I also wanted to say what a great site you have here.I've been pouring over old threads and digging through my old gear.I'm sure I'll be posting a bunch of questions in the upcomeing months.

Welcome back!!  I agree with you on the 'great site'  -  it just doesn't get any better than this.

Welcome back. You are getting back into it with a great bow. Dan will have in you hands in short order. Same wood that I have in my 62" Whip. I really like mine.

Welcome home. I carried around some old Mercury nocks from the early 70's and just used them a couple of years ago. Fun to dig through the old stuff.
