I sold my Griffin, put down my J.D. Berry and Bob Lee, and am shooting and hunting with my 1967-1/2 Bear Kodiak Magnum.  I'm not sure what it is but, I shoot this bow better than any other traditional bow I ever owned.

I was born in 1959 and one of the bow I have hunted with is 4 years older than me. A 56' Kodiak 46# 60" and still a sweet shoter ole Fred knew what he was doing.

I still use a Martin Lynx recurve I bought used in 1979. It's a three piece take down with an metal riser. 62", #50 @ 28". Had one of the limbs de-laminate on a very hot day so I sent to martin for repair. They sent me a new set of limbs for the price of shipping. Still shoot and hunt with it. First kill was a #150 boar. Last kill was a Jack Rabbit - last month.
One stick, one string and an arrow I'll fling!

I sometimes use a 1967 Bear Grizzly, 50# @ 28", for stumpin' and 3D. Got to say it is the quietest recurve I own!
