Hello all.Ever since that TGer hunt thread from Oz a year or so ago Ive longed to take the long flight over there and have an adventure.I just started talking to Andy about putting a hunt together for pigs, scrub bulls maybe dingos and varmints with some fishing thrown in.The hunt would be for 2013.A lot of time to scrape a few bucks together. This hunt would kick off in late August or September and would be a maximum of 6 hunters total to be guided by Andy and his employer Mick.Cost is less than elk and any African hunt even less than a lot of deer hunts although the 2013 prices cant be guaranteed at this time.Anyone??? Lets start planning.

Been there and done that with Andy and Mic this past September. All I can say is your guaranteed to have loads of shooting and fun. Life is short go hunting.

ok so we need an approximate cost....if the world is still together then (pending the 2012 - prophesies).

I would be interested....but I need to get an estimated hunting cost - don't care about making any mounts out of the hunt though just the hunting ecperience.

flight etc - have lots of flying points or find a cheap flight.

I have a few friends there I wouldn't mind seeing too.

AUGUST 2013 - I'M IN  ( I have 2300 bucks in a hunting account now and looking for a place to go)

Unless things change, I would be very interested.  Let me know about the estimated cost and when a deposit would be due, please.  If I can make the deposit payment, I'm in.

Izzy

So far Andy says this year the costs are $3500.00 for 10 days all inclusive other than travel to  Cairns Intl. Airport and home again. No license required. In 3 years of course this price may change but I cant imagine it being too much.Ill get back to him on deposits and when they are due.Im already grinning ear to ear.

Danny Rowan

I am in. Shorter flight from Guam,LOL.But I think you mean $3500 plus travel cost from home to Cairns.

Batman - you can fly inside of OZ cheap - I went to sydney to cairns last time I was there for 189 dollars OZ money.

just go earlier or stay afterwards.

You have to fly to sydney anyway I believe.

You can passes to fly all over OZ cheap.

Fellas this is looking good but please bare with me.In my haste and excitement Im sorry but I left out the $450.00 trophy fee on scrub bulls.I will get in touch with Mic or Andy or both by the end of the week hopefully and get down to the nitty gritty details.PM me with anything you would like me to ask once I get in touch or contact Trophy Bowhunts Australia yourself.

Guys im flattered
And id Love the opportunity to share some of the exciting hunting experience's available out there for those who can make the hunt.

Since i first hunted with Mick several year ago iv always Suggested Australia as a fantastic Hunting destination, with a wide range of huntable species available across a huge Biodiversity within the Australian bush.

Firstly there are several things Mick and I need to organize and ill get hold of Izzy with the details, before we Concrete anything So far ahead.
6 hunters would be the maximum Number of hunters in camp at a time. If there is More interest you may consider the option of going 2 10 days hunts
Second group arriving several days after the First.

for the Big groups September is going to be the best Month available.

feel free if you have any questions Mick and I will do our best to Answer them,
Regarding Izzy's group hunt Contact Izzy or post up on here and we'l go from there.

Cheers Andy
