In all honesty Jason i may have been a bit to anal about perfection lol. I wasnt open about trying it but with yalls sugestion and Mike on my shoulder helping I think its worth a shot
Please god let me live just more day in the woods.

Hey, at least that's a trait that can make us really great machinist! ;o)
Go for it, already looks like a great product!

Product looks strong. Making an interchangeable top that could utilize the same bottom plate to chop a 4" and 5" shield would satisfy me enough to purchase one.
But like Grey mentioned, it wouldn't be economically feasable for anyone needing to work with an assortment of feather configurations.
Been There, Done That, Still Plowin.
Cane and Magnolia tend to make good arrow.
Hike naked in the backwoods.

Yep Bowferd you and Grey are right it might not be for everyone im ok with that lol it wasnt meant to make everyone happy but those that do purchase it will love it for a long time im certain with that. Also im pretty sure i have the interchangable part figured out after a night of stewing on it.
Please god let me live just more day in the woods.

crash, That is what I do with my vario.  I made up bottom plates for each of my feather cuts.  Keeps the cuts the same each time.

I would be interested in seeing a 5" Banna and a 5" trad cut.
