I need a little help finding the correct carbon arrow for my hunting bow. I've tried several kinds and can't seem to find the right combination. My current set-up is a modern recurve and is 45#'s at my 26" draw. I like to use 125gr. Magnus 2 blade broadheads. I also shoot 3 4" lw feathers. Hopefully someone hear can get me on the right track with these carbon arrows. If it's any help, I use a 27" 1916 with 125gr. head and they fly perfect. Thanks.

carbons shafts have a very wide dynamic spine range.  considering yer bow, and yer arrow requirements, i'd suggest a very weak spined arrow - beman ics bowhunter in 500 spine at the most.

pm me with yer address and i'll send you off some of those beman shafts and arrows in 27" length.     :campfire:

Gold Tip 35/55's, leave them full length and put 50 grain brass inserts up front. All my bows are close to 45# @ 28".......they shoot just fine out of all of them.

Big Jim has the blemished shafts for a real good price, and I can't see any difference in the performance of them.
