This is pretty bad!  Actually this is the bottom line, this snow needs to go away fast because I am getting pretty creative!  Someone on some thread mentioned making broadheads out of spoons, so i had to try it, and spoons are no longer safe here at my home
Now mind you that I did this with nothing but a saws all and a dremel.  So the craftsmanship is not the best.  I think I would do alot better and feel alot safer with a bench top grinder.  But since I have minimal fabrication skills, and limited supplies what the hey . . .

So there you have it, defiantly looks to me like a terribly made head, but a rabbit devastator, and should also be good on some groundhogs this summer?

It doesn't look bad for a small game head. So are you glueing the blade in the tip or what?

no I drilled a small hole in the middle there, and drove through a small nail, broke it off at the ends and grinded it down, I crimped the tip to the head and it was super tight, so I figured it would probably want to come loose so I did that to help

Nice, Chris.

Cut 'em out of banding material (the stuff they use on big pallets) and stay out of the silverware drawer!

Chris,

Any place that receives heavy shipments on pallets will have it lying around.  Think machinery, lumber stores, brickyards, etc.

alright cool, I want a bench grinder bad, so when I get one, I will be a bit more serious than spoons, lol.  So I am gona get some heavy dudy industrial saw blades to make some knives and I wasnt sure about using that stuff for small game broadheads(heard they were more expensive), so that is something I will definatly look into . . . thanks

One other material that might be good is broken Band saw blades.  anyone with a workshop probably has one or will soon enough.

Looks good but hope its not real silver or your technique could get expensive.   :clapper:
