Im thinking of getting a bow just for turkey hunting. Shorter, lighter draw, dipped in a spring camo color maybe.

Show me some pic's and details of bows you purchased or setup specifically for turkey hunting!  Dont for get to resize to 640x480 so we get to see them!!!!

I'm waiting for my new one 60" longbow but I don't think I would go with lighter poundage unless you just want a lighter poundage bow.  I have shot them with 70# bows threw the wing and not shot all the way through all the time.

this setup will be tuned to those broadheads designed to chop their heads off.  Im going to make it hard on myself i know.  I dont think you need more than 45 pounds for that.

Thanks. It is one of my all time favorites. There its a TG with longbow limbs for sale in the classifieds right now...

beachbowhunter, what limb/veneers are on your bow?  Have you noticed any problems with the light colored (maple?) riser when turkey hunting?  Thanks...Mike
