Linda Brackenbury makes some very fine Flemish twist strings. Always got outstanding service from her.

Oliverstacy and SBD both make great strings.

Nuther vote for Oliverstacy. I picked him by chance out of all the fine string makers here and I haven't had to go any further!

I wanted to play with some new material D97, but didn't want to invest in spools to make up a string in a material I wasn't sure I'd like.

Steve McQueen (frank bullit)came to the rescue and made me up a 12 w/ padded loops 3 lay flemmish in Dyan 97 for my LaClair Grayling Spirit.  Excellent string that brought the Grayling Spirit back to life from the FF that was on it.  

Tell him what you need and he will make it happen.  Quick turn also.

add another vote for Josh (Oliver Stacey) I bought a quiver from him and he made me up a string, still using it ! I will stick with Josh.

Can't beat Champion Custom bowstrings aka Chad Weaver.  Another overlooked provider is Tollgate Bowhunting Supply.  Both are top notch in the service department and both sponsors here.

I have seen some nice strings from 3Trees Custom Strings.

3trees, LBR, SBD, the quaility cant get any better on any of them, they are all great! I have Oliverstacy making me a 450+ to try now and by the looks of his pictures I am sure it will be right there with the others. Top of the line!

Lots of top-drawer string makers have been mentioned, but I just got a pair from SBD.  As good as they come.  I hope they're in business for years -- I'll sure be back for more!
