I have read where there are online courses available but is it required that I still do a final class with an actual instructor?

I'm wanting to put in for prefrence points but need the hunters ed. certificate.
Does anyone know if Oklahomas' course is reognized in Colorado?

Oklahoma hunter ed counts in Colorado

All states recognize an approved hunter education course from another state.  Hunter Ed. instructor # 295.
