i'm not usually into a this bow vs. that bow debate but i have been interested in both bows. i know both are high quality bows which are very reasonably priced and crafted by very skilled and reputable bowyers..

if you have shot both i'm looking for honest opinions on feel, performance, and grip comfort

thank you

I haven't shot both but I wanted for a long time to shoot the Baraga, I did on saturday at Kalamazoo, what a great shooting bow! I really like the grip, the arrow sits right on top of your hand, its perfect! This bow was whisper quiet, no hand shock with nothing on the string to silence it! The best part Steve is a great guy, he stands behind his bows which makes them more and more appealing to me!

md126.. I have a NM Baraga and just like BowHuntingFool wrote, mine is extremely quiet and no hand shock.  I cannot speak for Timberhawk bows (never shot one, but Steve makes a fine bow.  His workmanship and attention to detail is the best.
