Bert Frelink

Count me in,  :saywhat:  I might be able to stick an arrow together.
Just let me know where to send it and if we need to leave it full length or do we cut it and put a point on it.
Regards.

Ok, leave it full length, untapered tip? Is the bow center cut, 1/16", 1/8"??? Just let me know where to mail it to and it's done. Thanks, David

I think they should be full length and untapered.Throw a pic up when you get it done and I will collect them and do a group pick when I get them all.Pm me for my address.Thank you all for the help.I will try and get a count of who's in tonight.Dont forget to sign and date it.

rraming

If you leave them untapered you are assuming the person to be able to tune, cut, taper and glue - no "newbie" will do that - just a thought

Pluck Yew

I think some spec's should be set down...spine and wieght at least..taper or paralell? Wood type? fletching style? Nock? Am I making it to complecated? oy vey...well count me in..  :notworthy:  ..

Shawn...
Give 'em the bird!

All the shafts I have in stock are 75# and heavier....I can get some lighter ones if need be...??? If we are talking a 44# bow, even if it is a recurve cut to center 75# is going to be too stiff.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

lpcjon2

Imo I think they should be untapered and uncut so if the winner of the bow decides to shoot it and has a 29"or 30" draw he can cut them.If a newbie wins the auction and can spend that type of money he or she could afford to get them cut.The bow specs are 66" 44#@28.David I shoot 70-80# shafts but I will see if I can acquire a 45-50# shaft for ya.

PAPA BEAR

you guys are cool...........bow is 66"...44@28....looks like its 3/8" cut to me but i'm blind in one and fadin fast in the other.  :biglaugh:  thanks you guys this means a lot to me and a whole lot to the needy kids of st,jude............larry

mooseman1967

Let me see if I got this right 44@28 and just a guess that will be the draw with a +3/8" cut I'm coming up with a 46# spine. Do you all think that's close enough? That was figuring a 31.25 shaft and a 125 point. Also all I have in that spine are 5/16 shafts.

joe skipp

I'm thinking  45-50# spine for any wood arrow due to the centershot...Gold Tip 35/55 would work CE Thunderstorms would work....
