How do you take out glued in, nocks out of a carbon arrow? is there a certain way to do it with out riuning them? thanks

That is why when I did use carbons I didn't glue them in.  Sorry I can't help, maybe change the title or give it a little while for someone else to give a useful answer.

You glue them in?  Are you talking nocks or nock inserts?

If you glued them on using a nock adapter, you take a small razor knife and work the nock off from BOTTOM TO TOP. After loosening up the nock from the bottom, you should be able to just work the nock back and forth with your fingers. DO NOT apply any heat to the nock or near the Carbon arrow..

OOOOH thats a tough one!!

Get yourself a drill bit that will fit into the shaft.  Use it like a slide hammer.  Put the dill bit in the shaft, flick the shaft.  Be careful where you point the shaft.  The bit and nock will come flying out.

I use Super Nocks in my carbons which fit tight enough that they rarely need to ne secured but if so, I use a tiny amount of fletching cement on the back of the shaft, not inside.  Makes the nock easy to remove.

As an aside, this kind of thing is just another reason I like alums best; no hassle to work with them.

BTW, just grab the nock with a pair of pliers then twist & pull.  Unless someone used epoxy on the nock, it should pup right off...
