Dick makes a great bow...no doubt about it..

Dave,

I have bought/sold/traded a bunch of bows, but any bow that I have ordered custom made for me,except for one, is still on my rack and being shot so you will be out of luck on this one,LOL.

Danny,  well I will cross my fingers for the second exception then :-)

Actually, I admire the bows you buy and sell -- you have great taste.  I thought maybe I could pay a retainer to you for the first right-of-refusal when you go to sell them or something...

Great bows everyone!  I thought I would join the party with some pics of my go to bow.  Here is a Gozhawk...

Great looking bows fellas. Felix, you must have the largest Robertson arsenal in Italy. An old friend of mine has been shooting and hunting with the same Robertson longbow for twenty-five years now and I doubt he has any plans to change. Cool thread.  Grant

Great thread. I have 4 Robertsons: an old Montana Falcon in like new condition, I picked for a song at a 3d shoot, one each of what ever he was calling them in 1988 and 1989 and a Vision Falcon. Every bow shoots my 670 grain cedars like a pile driver. Believe it or not the Montana Falcon shoots as hard as the newer bows at 10 lbs less draw weight. I'll try and add some pics tonight.

Oh yeah. It's hard to see it, but that is the '88 bow in my Avatar. Shedua riser and Red Elm limbs. 73# at 28". Double, tapered lams, antelope horn tips. The workmanship is eye watering and it shoots my cedar arrows like laser beams.
