I'm looking at the 2010 widow catalog and wondering if some woods hold up better than others. hardness, durability, cold and warm temps, looks, speed.

Crash

I would think that in a fiberglass bow, it's mostly just for looks.  The bamboo cores do seem a little smoother and faster though.  Can't say as to the temps, maybe some of our bowyers here will chime in for you.

The temps I hunt in are from +70 down to o degrees F. Im sure Black Widow has a high standard for materials. I have a PSA now but now thinking of getting another widow. I am looking at the bamboo core limbs on my next one. Thanks Crash

Get the woods you like and/or your bowyer recomends.  The bows will handle the weather better than you will.
