ok  i have been looking at my form more due to inconsistant shooting. my question is... should your string arms elbow be in straight line with your bow hand. the reason i am asking this is because i have noticed that my back tension is not "tight" untill those points are in line. if that is the correct form then my draw is more then i expected and my arrows are shooting from more poundage than i thought.  let me know what yall think.
thanks Dustin Parker

The straighter you can keep your arm in line with your arrow the straighter your arrow flight, the quieter your shot, the more consistent your shooting and the more consistent your draw length.
I am sure there are more benefits but those should be enough to ensure you are doing it

But you still have to maintain the same anchor point for consistent shooting.
