I guess it is more of a semi-custom.I have been toying around with an idea for a 5 arrow quiver for my "A" handle TD.I have always thought that the Delta 7 quiver that Bear sells for the bow was very well designed but wanted something a little more stream lined.

I wanted a leather hood but wanted it sort of molded and shaped like Bear quiver hoods but tall enough to cover Grizzly and other long broadheads.

It was a long drawn out process and I made a ton of mistakes before I got this one done and though it has some flaws, seems to be working well.

I sculpted a hood shape out of clay, molded that and poured a form out of rigid plastic. The leather was molded around that.

The rest is just the Delta quiver cut down to hold 5 arrows.I drilled a hole through the end of the quiver's center shaft and put a ringed, paneling nail through it and mashed the shft end to hold it tight. This gave me a "T" to epoxy up in the hood.I also coated the inside of the end of the hood with the paste epoxy to keep the broadhead points from poking through the leather.

The bear symbol was just free handed.I also made an old style side plate out of the same leather,to match. The hood is solid, the seam gives it some stiffness.A strip of leather was also sewn around the inside of the rim to stiffen that.

I may do a "How To",later.I'm not sure the whole process would be worth going through for most, but some of the techniques can be used for other projects.

The vegetable tanned leather was wetted and clamped in the mold and allowed to dry.Cut in two,it makes up both halves of the hood.

Great looking quiver and I would love to see a "how-to" on this because I was kicking around a similar idea on your mold for a magazine pouch.
