Been one heck of a year, so far. My first year with stick and string, my first year hunting my own property.

Still 10 more days to go for deer.Hogs are year round.  Will probably only get in two or three more sits on my deer stands but theres never no  tellin what may happen!

I had a fantastic year, I build bows for a living but for some reason decided it was time for a classic, a 1952 "Bear Grizz zly" 50# @28"

I took this 6 point on 19 November 2009, 14 yard shot, recovery approx. 45 yards. I used my Crow Creek Blackfeather(made by Elmer Patton, AR.)... 66", 47# @ 28".

 

This was at solana at the very begining of last year.




Then I was very fortunate to get a nice bull this fall.
