Nice bow!!!

Chads bow is still the best shooting bow I own.
It make me look a lot better than I am  :notworthy:

Gerardo, After shooting this bow I do not think I will need to be looking at the classifieds any more. Lucky that the AD Trad Lites I have cut 29.25 with 100 grain brass inserts and 125 field tips or broadheads fly fantastic out of the bow.  This bow is 58 inches and 50@ 28. My draw is right at 28 inches. The grip is really good semi-recurve type grip. Nice palm swell and an indention for your thumb.  Really easy to get the same grip each time without thinking about it. There is not anything I would change about this bow. By the way Gerardo, nice deer and thanks for posting the pics from your hunt.

xtrema32...After I posted I got to thinking you were asking about the grip I added to the bow. If that is your question, it is a sure grip I purchased from 3 rivers archery supply.  I think around $6 or $7.  Just roll it up the limb and onto the grip.

I was talking about the grip shape.  I have seen a few different shapes.  I have a small grip, but it looks different from yours.

extrema312...I just talked to Chad about the size of my hand and asked for his standard grip.  It may look different because of the sure grip added to the bow.

Lost Creek Bows

Marks bow has the standard grip with overlays. Xtrema your bow is the smallest grip I make with the glass ground out of the back of the bow and rounded off. The rest of the grip is the same on both bows.

It's gonna be REAL hard to find a bow at Chads prices that comes anywhere near the performance of a Lost Creek.  ;-)

I recently recieved my Lostcreek bow from Chad.  A great person to deal with and a super bow.  It is my first longbow, coming from a high end recurve.  I can't imagine any bow shooting any better. Fast and extremely quiet. Mine is R/H 58" 47# @ 28".  All bamboo limbs with a Walnut, and Osage riser,Hard Maple Stripe.  It is the small riser with the glass ground out of the front.  I can palm a regulation basketball but the grip still feels extremely comforatable.

I purchased a used one recently, on a whim. Didn't think much of it at the time (just trying out yet another hybrid r/d longbow). It is 58" and 43# at my draw. Nothing fancy... charcoal dymondwood, maple limbs under black glass. I was quite surprised when I found out how quick this little bow is with my 10 gpp arrows. Haven't chronograohed it yet, but I can tell it isn't far behind my double-carbon Turkey Creek, which is a flat-out screamer.

Chad, you build a very nice bow and I'm pretty doggone sure it will be with me in the Double Bull this spring.

I hope it shoots as good as it looks....
