Any suggestion for a good back leather quiver?
thanks

Irish Archer

I'm really considering the SOFT leather quiver from Craig at Howard Hill. It looks super and they say the soft ones collapse around the arrows to stop the rattle.

I've never used a back quiver but I think it's the one that's going to get the nod.

Sunset Hill who posts on this site makes excellent back quivers as does Steve Catts (www.hidehandler.com).  Sunset Hill (Nate Steen) does not have a web site.

David is correct, Nate makes arguably the best Hill backquiver i've ever seen - fits and functions perfectly!

I´ll second the Hill Style Quivers, but you´ll probably be able to make your own and you´ll carry your arrows with pride... :-))

Can't go wrong with the Hill-style of soft back quiver, IMO. I've made my own and bought a Hill, but I haven't tried one of Nate's yet.

i agree with the second part  :) , make your own, the satisfaction alone is great, plus you can make it however you like, feel and looks. i made my first last week and posted some pics. it won't be the last one i make for sure

Dave Creger Leathers...very soft and pliable. I roll mine up for travel and unroll for hunting. Arrows never rattle and will never fall out when you bend over. Pic....

I have a BearPaw back quiver that i'm very fond of, but the best thing, as Joe mentioned, would be to make ones own  :)
