Wow, its good to see a post from a hunter in the SE.  I was beginning to wonder if there were deer in your state.  Looks like you've had one heck of a season.  Nice shooting, I like the pictures.

Thanks everyone for all the comments. Now to get ready to hit the swamps and get after some hogs. There has been alot of rain and all the creeks and rivers are out of there banks so its gonna be tuff. Merry Christmas

I had the good fortune to have met Chase almost two years ago at the TBG Chickahatchee hunt, when he was just looking to go trad... So, it is a testament to a work ethic and determination on his part to have a season like this... Well done Chase!!!

There are areas in GA where deer do get big. I have killed several bucks in the past that weighed over 200-225 pounds. The biggest doe I have killed in Ga was at the private plantation I use to work at and she weighed around 150#'s.
