Well a tree fell on my rhinehart 3d deer target and split it into two pieces.  Anyone ever had this happen? Anyone got any ideas on how to repair it?

Man! That sux! I'm sorry to hear such things happening. I can't help as far as how to fix it. I don't own any 3d targets,. Now if you'd have asked how to keep an eternity target going I could've given you several ideas. I had mine for ages now.
I hope someone can share a quick but effective fix for yours.

now you have two targets??  you can set them up at different yardages to vary your shooting.

Here's a person who knows that when given lemons, make lemonade.      

Mad, hit the nail on the head. Two for the price of one.

dowell rod it together and like someone else said liquid nail....

Get a tube of clear silicone caulk and spread it on one half put it back together and use duct tape to hold it together until it is cured and dry.  The caulk stays flexible but will hold strongly and won't hurt the arrows.  take the tape off in a few days.  I suggest a trial fit first and do the pruning before putting the pieces together.  May cost about less than $5.00.

Glueing, epoxying or siliconing a target back together isn't going to hold very long.  Putting dowls in is also not a very good idea because you will hit them with your arrows and either rebreak your target or could ruin your arrow.  Easier to just use it as two targets.

Trust me, liquid nail will work. Been there done that.

Dang it! Silicone, and Liquid nails either one will work. I had a Glendale 150 buck that a feral cat started using as a scratching post....that got pretty ugly.

Liguid nails. I put a foam target back together 4 years ago and it's still going strong.

Duct tape.

I would dowel it in the center.  Use old cedar arrows, liquid nails, duct tape.  The cedar arrows won't break your arrows, they will give first.

i dont think a cheap white pine dowell from wal-mart will break any arrow if hit. we puposly go out in the woods and shoot at stumps and shoot into the ground with out any problems......

Gorilla glue works also.  You just need to wet both surfaces before you put the glue on and then drive some nails in at an angle to hold the pcs together until the glue sets up. The Gorilla glue reacts with moisture and foams up before it cures which helps to fills voids in the foam and lock it all together.  You can then pull the nails no problem. The bond of the Gorilla glue is stronger than the original foam, but not so hard that it is a problem for pulling arrows.
