I have a Morrison Dakota 58"Longbow that I purchased about 10 months ago from a previous owner. I do not have a clue as to the brace Height. It appears to shoot very good at 6" but this seems to be very low. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them. It sure is a sweet shooting bow! Thanks, Tom

I would start at 6&1/2" to 7" for brace height.Yes 6" sounds alittle low for a R/D longbow.

I shot my one piece 62 incher at 7 and 1/4er.Bobs shorter bows usually require a lower brace height.

His 3 piece 58 inch Shawnee with Dakota limbs has a recommded brace height of between 6.5 to 7.

I would be leaning toward 6.75 to 7.You might shoot an E-mail to Bob for the final verdict.

I typically brace toward the higher recommended brace hieghts on all my Morrisons. They shoot great for me thier.

Thanks Guys. I shot it tonight braced at 6 1/2 " and I'll try 6 3/4" next. It is a sweet shooting bow!
