Hi,

to all of you out there who might know: I have a Fedora Hunter Take Down in 62" and I would like to know at what brace height it should be shot.

cheers,
andreas

Chris O

Mines braced at 7 1/4 measured to the deepest part of the grip. Mines a 54" model though.

andreas

Thanks Chris. How does it shoot for you?

cheers,
andreas

Fedora told me that the recommended brace is 6.25 to 6.5 from the end of the shelf.

The bow shoots great. I haven't shot many custom bows to compare it to but overall I'm very pleased with it. Smooth, quiet. It shoots a 550 grain arrow at 170 fps so its pretty quick. I believe it has a B 50 string on it. The bow is 50#s at my 28 inch draw.

I also just measured the brace at 6.5" to the end of the shelf.

Mine is set 6 1/2 to the closest part of the shelf.
