Does someone have an estimated weight for the addition of a 9" crown/crest/seal on a carbon arrow(CE or ICS diameter? Thanks

Some I used that are 1"X8" are 12 grains.

Are you talking about wraps or paint?

Paul Mattson

If you are talking paint, it will depend on type of paint and thickness, sprayed or dipped.

Orion

Two coats of Bohning lacquer will add about 10 grains, plus or minus 1-2 grains.

Aggie1993

Yes paint. I know there are several variables to consider but I thought some arrow artist like Badger would be able to give me a low and high range.  Thanks again.

I use Bohning paints for dipping.  I use 1 heavy dip and when put on a scale,  it comes out like Orion said, right around 10 grns or so.

When trying to get a matched set of wood arrows. A full dip of gasket lac will also come in at 10 grns.
