I keep reading these threads about folks buying stuff from the classifieds and the deal going bad.  I'm here to tell you about my recent bow deal that went fantastic!  

I just received a used bow from a guy many of you know, his name is Scott aka Slayer1.  The bow was not only in excellent condition but he threw in a 3 piece sock and a stringer.  To ship it he wrapped the bow in bubble wrap and slipped it inside a section of PVC, no way could the mail service damage this one.

When buying and selling it's the little things that make it a sweet deal.  An extra string, a bow sock, a stringer, etc.  Remember that the next time you cut a deal!

It's been all good here. I found that if I do what's right, putting the other person 1st then it usually works out. If it ever doesn't I pray it's not on me because I don't want to have to answer to my God about my behavior, actions, or attitude.

PS: Tim I think you've done a really good thing and we all should take a lesson from it. Then we don't have to assume everything went fine when we read about others doing deals. It just feels like the right thing to do and it sure can't hurt someone elses feelings to tell them how much you appreciate them and their efforts, integrity and honesty.

I just bought a Robertson from Shick off the classified section, smooth, sweet deal.  I too got a bow sock with the deal.  Thanks Shick for the freebie!

I've done a ton of buying, selling and trading on this site and never had a sour deal. Super bunch on Tradgang          

Only had one bad deal on a "new trailcam" only part of it was sent and the solar charger was broke.

ALL my bow buys and sales went great. Very good people to deal with.
