Late season elk hunt

I went out for an afternoon hunt with a late season cow elk tag. Beautiful country but didn't see an elk. I like the scenery too much not to post a picture.

The scenario is worth the trip! Looks beautiful. I too am out searching the hills for a cow or blacktail buck in our late season. I like your camo for this time of year!

Is that any any weapon season or is there a late archery season?  

I'm heading to the Greenwich area next week to chase mountain lions.
