what is the brace height for a 68 inch 60 pound bamboo hunter.

JRY309

Need more info on it? Who made it,is it a straight limbed bow,R/D? If it is a straight limb bow I would try around 6&1/2 and tune from there.

bentley brown

long bow made by dan Quillian right handed.thanks

Don Stokes

Bentley, if it has Dacron string it should be around 7". If it has a skinny low-stretch string, about 6 1/8-6 1/4. I've had several of Dan's longbows, including three of the Bamboo Longhunters. Those measurements are off the back of the shelf (belly side), not from the grip.

I'd ask that handsome genius you shoot with.  :biglaugh:
