Was Just wondering how many of you fellars are from my neck of the woods deep in the piney woods of East Texas.

Well, I'm not exactly in "Deep" East Texas but close. I live in Humble, Tx although I hunt in "Deep" East Texas ( Newton, Tx ).

Here Boss.....Elkhart....between Palestine and Crockett.

ChrisM

Do you hunt on a lease or public land?
Gods greatest command:  Love your neighbor as you love yourself.

billy shipp

I hunt on private land. We have some nice bucks if you can find them....thicker than hair on a dog's back. They can walk within 25 yds of you and never know it. Tons of acorns this year, so they don't have to move to eat....makes it double tough.

ChrisM

Yep Billy around here when water and food is plentiful they have a tendency to stay put and are hard to get too you only have luck when love is on thier mind.

You misspelled "their".   :D

You know where I'm at! How you been Chris?

I'm down here in Kingwood, just across the river from Humble. I hunt public land here in Texas, and try to hunt the family farm in Kansas every now and then.

I think some kind of pineywoods get together is in order....perhaps chasing some hogs or squirrels would be a good idea.
