Ok I am shooting 45-50 spined cedar arrows out of a center shot recurve generating 50 pounds pull at my 28 draw length. I shoot 125 grain heads on these arrows and get good arrow flight. However I want more up front wieght on my arrows, about 200 grains or so. How or will my arrow flight change? Any other folks gave this a try?

they may shoot a bit weaker. this can be remedied by trimming your arrows shorter and/or building out the strike plate.
Thick fog slowly lifts
Jagged peaks and hairy beast

Border black douglas recurve 70# and 58# HEX6 BB2 limbs

No way you can shoot that spine of arrow if you want to jump to 200gr point you are already borderline with 123

I believe its every 35gr to 5lbs of spine appx....dont quote me on it though as it's been awhile since I've heard that figure.

The reality is you can always try it..but like has been said you're likely going to get a weak shaft with those 200gr heads vs the 125's.

Just get 2 0r 3 heavier spined shafts of diffrent spine, and start shootin the heavier heads you'll figure it out.
Your best shot is only as good as your next one!

You'll need 60-65 or 65-70... or you can cut the arrows down 3"  :)
