I'm curious as to what folks here use for rabbit hunting. Judo points? Rubber blunts? Steel blunts? Ace Hex Heads? Field points? Old broadheads???

What's your choice and why. And what kinds of results have you gotten?

Thanks,

I like Ace Hex heads.  Not too easy to lose and they go thru brush easier than Judo's.  Rabbits are easy to kill, hitting them is another story.

will we realize that we cannot eat money

Wingnutters, blunts, judos. I prefer a regular old steel blunt. Easier to shoot through the thick stuff and delivers a tough blow.

Ace Hex heads...sharpen em' up with a file, and the become downright nasty...

Hexheads. 1/2" drill bit will make them wicked also.

Hill makes mention of 38cal.bullet casing's working well on the end of an arrow, I am going to try this in the future.

Hexheads and Hammerheads. Hammerheads are especially devestating in my experience...

Hammer heads or .38spl/.357 casings glued to a 200gn field point.

Either the Ashby head by Alaska Bowhunting Supply or Silverflames. About a dozen and a half each in a shoulder quiver.

Looks like the Ace Hexheads are quite popular! I'll need to try those!

Killdeer

I won't use them on squirrels anymore. Lost my second squirrel with a hex head this year. They did well on rabbits, though.

I Like field points! I rather loose an arrow than miss the rabbit
KEEP IT SIMPLE!

BowBrain

I like the Hammer from 3Rivers for rabbits.

Gehrke145

I normally shoot them with what ever broadheads in my quiver.  I've shot to many Jacks that ran away with judos.

Anyone had any experience with the Adder Points behind field tips?
