Hello,
I have a Foley 50# @ 28 inch reflex/deflex style longbow (60 inches in length). I purchased it from a trad shop over 3 hours from me (not a lot of trad shops in Mich) My draw is 26 inches, the bow is at 45 pounds at my draw length. I want to  know a recomended aluminum shaft size, When I bought the bow, we ran about 6 different bare shafted aluminum arrows thru it to determine my arrow spine (by how they flew) thus the reason I cannot remember the size we came up with. I know I went home with ceder arrows spinned at 50 - 54 pounds, Which is what I wanted (ceder arrows) with 125 grain tips. Hopefully this is enough info to tell me an aluminum shaft size ? Thanks !

dan d,

With your draw you're pulling about 45# @ 26".  I'd try 1916s and 125 grain points.
