i can honestly tell you nothing about them and my buddy has one he wants to get rid i just made a string for i got to shoot it and it shot nice i thought for a 60" 55@28

The Wasp is an AMO 56" bow. You measure a bow from nock to nock across the belly of the bow, not from tip to tip on the back.  You will have to have it weighed at 28" draw to determine the weight.   The Wasp was a mid line bow by Browning; a nice hunting model, but not as nice as the Safari line or the Explorer.

I am going to put this up for a giveaway but any idea around what the poundage would be or what age group this would work for?

The information should be on the bow, on the riser below the grip....unless it's removed or painted over.  There's no way of telling without that unless you weigh it on a scale at 28" draw.
They were made for adults...I guess that is what group.

The sporting good store put their own sticker on the bow it may be covering the info up.Thanks
