Today was one of those magicial morning when the rut switch gets turned on.Mornings like this are what I wait for all year. I shot this one at 7:45 am with my Morrison and a Abowyer Brown Bear on the end of a purple heart footed cedar. Note how well my high tech camo blends in. Another trad ganger was with me and shot a buck at 6:50 am. As soon as I get his pictures I will add them. Right now he's smiling so much I don't think he can type !!!

Way to go  Wapiti, nice looking deer and bow. That's the best camo in the world.  Congrats again.

I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

There is a fine line between Hunting, & Sitting there looking Stupid...

Very nice buck.  I have next week off work to hunt.  I'm hoping that the rut is kicking in gear here in northern Iowa!
