If you had $500 what bow would you buy?

I would prefer a shorter bow longbow or recurve does not matter which just in the 58"-48" range.

i would like to try the dryad pheonix... it has a grip like a hornes brushbow ( i think) which is a great grip.

been watching the used section but its such a new bow

I would buy a Hunt worthy turkish style recurve 58#@32" im 16 and since 500 isnt enough for the true schafer bow i want i just want a beautiful james turkish recurve.

I would talk to Marty at Apex Predator. He built me a beautiful Osage long bow that shoots better than some of my other customs. Plus, he's just a great guy to deal with.   :thumbsup:

I would try and find me a Shrew, Kanati, Beeler, Centaur or a Black Widow, used of course.

Keep an open mind and keep your eyes on the classifieds. $ 500 can get a real nice bow from any number of custom bowyers. Take your time and decide what you want and you will find a good deal...if it don't work out put it on the classifieds and resell it. It happens all the time. Have fun in you quest for a bow......
