Hi all
I'm looking for someone to help me out here. I'm shooting a 45# 60" recurve. 70's super kodiak. Anyway I've tried the GT 3555 but they fishtail to the right. I've tried easton 2018's they fishtail to the right. I've tried easton 2114's they fishtail to the right, same as 2117's Now I know that the 2117's will be way over spined for my bow but I shot them just to see. In the easton arrow chart it says that the 2018's will be correct for my poundage? what gives? I'm drawing 28" and the arrows are cut to like 28 1/2.  I have six woddies that fly like frozen ropes out of the bow but want to shoot aluminum or carbon. I've tried 125 grain field points,125 grain broadheads 145 grain bear razorheads and 125 grain w/w all fishtail. Should I go with like a 1916 cut to 29" add more weight to the 2018's UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH  I'm going to shoot the woodies for the rest of this season but for next year and this winters shooting I want to change over.    Thanks,
Timberking }}}——————>

2016s start full length and tune ...... use 145 to 160 point weight.   1916s will be underspined.
Bowhunting is "KILL and EAT" not "Catch and Release".....Semper Fi!

2016's suggested by 'hitter is a good start. Try your 2114 @ 30" also.  Let us know what's happening.

I thnik everyone like to shoot to heavy of arrows. i shoot a lot of 3 d and i like flater shooting arrows. i know hunting you want heavier arrow but with a good shoot and a sharp broadhead . i alway get a past thu

I would say at least 2016's and maybe 1916's. Do a search on here for the Dynamic Spine Calculator. You can download it to your computer, then use it anytime you need new arows. It will get you real close right off the bat.

Er, wait a minute, are you a right or left-handed archer?

2018s are way too heavy for your set up, I would think 1916s
