sat down down to log-in and looked out the window. Big doe and her fawn were standing 30 yards from my target backstop! My wife got to see them too. Haven't seen one in the woods yet, and haven't had a shot since December 2008.
It was kinda tempting  :archer:

My wife was! Shouldn't have shown her! It was actually December 2007 the last time I even shot at a deer. Lucky enough to get her too! This one sure looked tasty.

at least you saw something.  Been mighty slow in my neck of the woods.

Shoot fireball, my son in law shot one last night in that hurricane that came rolling throughjust before dark. I guess you just have to be there when its suppose to happen. Do you hunt in Newaygo?
