I'm on the modified mediteranian diet, no white.  Doctor put me on a diet to lose some weight and get my A1c under control.   and bacon ain't on the diet.

I honestly TRY to eat less than 1# a week.
Been There, Done That, Still Plowin.
Cane and Magnolia tend to make good arrow.
