Got 6 built.  4 spin true.  2 don't.  My plan is to reheat/separate.....and try to assemble, again....and see how they spin.

Past that....if they don't spin true then....what are my options?

I tried them on various arrows.  It's in the heads (or the way I assembled).

In fairness, the "wobble" isn't BAD.  It's noticeable when I spin them.  I haven't shot them.

try heating enough that you can rotate them around a bit and see if that straightens them.

another option is applying pressure on the tip of the bh to straighten it in relation to the arrow until it spins true.

sometimes if a bhs tip isn't true it will spin funny. a slight wobble on the tip end should not really affect accuracy that much.

I'm gonna reheat and re-glue.  I'll spin them as I do so (in the BH).  Hopefully that'll solve what may be a non-issue, anyways.  Its not terrible.  It's just not perfect (like the other 4).

Thanks.

I was having the same issues and was getting tired of the heat and spin/try again type thing, so I built a simple v groove jig out of wood with a pin at one end to check my broadhead alignment. It will show you any misalignment of the broadhead and get it right the first time. Mine all spin true now!

That's a good point Northerner.I built a little spinning jig this year and checked some of my old arrows and they were off a little.I think the spinning jig is more precise and it is really worth the time to get them perfect.
