For hunting to have a future, we must invest ourselves in future hunters.

I talked to Tippit on Thursday or Friday and I thought he said that he would be there this weekend.  I'm hoping that they catch some nice trout and get a shot at some prairie speedsters.  What fun...!!!!  Can't wait for the story tellin'   :bigsmyl:

I am reallly really dissatisfied with being stuck here working six days a week.

This better be a complete and thoroughly descriptive rendition of all the events that will take place there. I wanna TASTE the beer! Hear the western birds! Touch the antelope!
..I don't want to smell the goat.

That's a motley crew of some of my favorite camp mates. The ground squirrels are in big trouble.
And Ray is right, give us the menu Vance!

hormoan

Well it is good to know that all made it in safe and sound. And now if you can keep them that way Vance all is good   :campfire:

Please keep us advised of the goings on   :archer:

I am with you Claudia, least I was til. The visual of Charlie and Vance in kilts appeared in my gray matter. Then it went a little

Charlie annual hunt at Vance's, it is becoming the official start to my hunting season.  However, Mark Baker and I got started early chasing the speed goats yesterday, a day ahead of them.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

It's an old joke that I am sure you have all heard before!

Now, Whip has given us that it is cold and the coffee is right thick...good start! I hope there is some storymaking going on now, and almost as much picture-taking.
