I posted this over on the collector forum and thought I'd have more response-so I thought I'd broaden the search a bit.

Anyone know when this bow was made?  Bear Super Grizzly with Fascor.  The string that came with it is a red endless loop with green serving.  I made the flemish string for it, although the string that came with it is in really great shape, I thought it better to put away and shoot a new one.

I know 1970's sometime before 1978 and have read the coin was changed and not flush at the end of '72.  Thanks.

I bought my Super Grizzly KD3722 in 1973, so your number 15212 was the same year or later.

Look under your strike plate and expect to see up to 55# for your 50+ weight. Mine was a 40+ and was scaled at 45# under the plate.
