squeaky cordovan glove/tab on draw

I use gloves with cordovan tips and noticed a couple of them "sqeak" when reaching full draw. Any ideas to solve this noise?  Many thanks.

Also, keep it soft with neetsfoot oil or saddle soap.  I like the saddle soap cause its scentless and you can get it at bass pro in the footwear area for like $4 a jar.
