I am currently shooting CE Heritage 250's with 200gr up front not counting the insert, shooting Muzzy Phantoms without the bleeders.

I am getting incredible flight from this setup, but want to have the option of a three blade for deer and such.  

I beleive counting the insert I am total up front of about 210gr, what three blade setups are possible that people trust that would work for that weight?

I'd love to have the option of having the 2 blades and 3 blades in the quiver all flying the same and be able to use a head that fits that stalk.  In some places I can have hogs, deer and bear tags in my pocket and want to be able to shoot the best head for the critter.

Also I have never used anything but screw in points, but know that to put together a 3 blade 200gr or 210gr broadhead combo I will most likely have to go with glue in, which is fine.

I shoot 100gr brass inserts and a 125gr head. If you would try something like that it would give you tons of choices in 125gr heads.

The phantom will work well for all those things.Not sure why you would think you needed a 3 blade.
That being said you could use snuffers or woodsman with adapters to get weight close to what you want.You would need to be able to sharpen either well to be effective and that takes a little if you have never used those type heads.jmo

check out the razor caps they have different weight inserts that will change the weight of the head

Snuffers come in a variety of weights if you buy the glue on versions.Then add the steel adapter of your choice and there you go.

I just bought some 100gr snuffs and some 75gr inserts as I need 175 for my setup.Just go to 3 rivers or Kustom King and check out the options for them and see what will add up to the weight you need.

125 Woodsman or Snuffer and a 75gr adapter...

If you want to go big, the giant 160 Snuffer with a long aluminium adapter will get you right there as well....wicked!

Also I love the Phantoms, but bears have a tendency to not bleed well at all.  Given they aren't that hard to kill, i.e. easy to get a broadhead into and through the vitals based on their bone structure, I want a bigger hole.

Do the snuffer 160's usually come in close to that in weight?  

If not are they usually under or over after sharpening?

Usually right around 162grs. new...add a 42 gr. al. adapter and you have an awesome BH!  

If you want to adjust a bit more you can add up to 2 5gr. brass weight rings behind the BH.

Man get you some 200 gn razorcaps and be done with it. Ive had great luck with them. they spin true. sharpen easy and fly great. you can change the weight by using differant ferrels (same blades) I have heard of them failing but never have had it happen to me. I know of a guy who shot a bunch of stuff in africa with them. just my 2 cents. DB

My favorite head is the 200 grain 3 blade Razorcap. I've yet to take a bear with one but have taken a truckload of deer and a big old cow moose. Best thing is is that everything I have killed with them has gone down in sight. The ones I have used have been very tough. I even shot one into a poured concrete foundation (on purpose, of course) and it barely damaged the tip. Easy to get razor sharp and they stay that way.

I hadn't even considered the razorcaps, they screw in so no messing with the glue-ons just yet.
