Ok guys, I'm currently shooting a 43# hybrid longbow with Carbon Express Heritage 150's and 125 gr. field points.  I'm wanting to shoot the 150 gr. Woodsman Elite broadheads.  Are the Heritage 150's going to be stiff enough when I put the heavy broadhead on it?  Right now they fly good, except I've got a little kick from the fletchings, but that's why I asked about using 4-fletch off the shelf.  I going to change to 4-fletch after reading all the responses I got.

Someone that knows for sure will come along, but it would seem to me that you might be gettin that kick from the arrow being too stiff in the first place. I guess depending on draw length and arrow length i could be wrong.

I think it will shoot better with the heavier broadheads.  You are probably borderline stiff now, and that kick is a result....not the fletching.

try it you won't break any thing
