I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for.  Who can make an endless loop dacron string with double served (i.e., reinforced) loops?  I have a bow that chews through the serving fairly quickly.  I know I could file down the nock grooves but don't really want to.

You should sand those grooves smooth with very find sand paper.Because you`ll continue to have problems if you don`t.I`t could get worse to the point of breaking if it starts to splinter on you.If you feel uncomfortable about doing it,I`m sure there`s people on hear that know someone that could do it for you.

Not uncomfortable doing it and not worried about the bow splintering.  I refinished the bow last year to include reshaping the riser.  I just forgot to round the grooves up and I don't want to have to refinish the limbs again.  A regular string will last me 5 months or so.

What kind of serving lasted 5 months?

You might try Halo for the end serving--it's way tougher than nylon.

I can make the string, but I have a feeling it won't look right with a double loop serving.

I too think you should sand the grooves smooth so you are not tearing up strings. You don't have to refinish the entire limbs. After you smooth them just spray the limb tip area with some min-wax satin polyurethene,it blends well. Then after it drys for 72 hrs polish it with some 0000 steel wool and then rub it with some polish.A bow should not be tearing up strings,I would go for the long term fix.
