While collecting our arrows from the target in our backyard yesterday, my brilliant brother decided it would be fun to shoot his way back toward the house. he took several shots into the fallen over deer(look in bottom picture), and on the last one the arrow glanced off the side and flew straight into the side of our pool.    thats what he looked like.  needless to say, i broke out my camera!

WOW.some peole are so smart.  :knothead:

hope you enjoy the pics!

So... to get that deep of penitration was it a 2 blade or three blade head? Maybe a single bevel? No pass through though!

Hmmm, that's like when you miss the buck and hit the doe behind, on one of those "Choose the right target" setups, where you lose points if you choose wrong, Ian. Reminds me of when I shot at a racoon in my yard one summer that turned out to be (as I feared) a rabid one. He was getting water, in mid-day, out of one of the fish ponds we had back then. The first shot I missed, just over his back, in my rush to nail him - went right through the far side of the poly material pool. Needless to say it was my repair job to do - LOL. Stinks, huh, Luke - but it is fraught with important lessons - LOL.

Missed you guys and your Dad, Joe at ATAR. Hopefully next year.

I'm sorry but that's pretty funny!

That falls into the "It's only funny cause I don't know him" category.

Impressive!!!!!!  I keep wondering when I am going to do that to my basement door, when I am shooting down the stairs of my home.
What would you attempt to do, if you knew you could not fail?
