Well, Im done buying bows.No really-my wife said so.
Between my Harold Couch TD LB, my Kerner and now my Griffin, I can honestly say I have all I want. For now.   :D

The Griffin is 56" and 56@28. Love the grip and cant seem to miss with it, when I do my part.(Working on that every time I shoot) So far I have managed to harvest two dandelione puffs with it, and a tennis ball.

Any BH suggestions? Arrow suggestions? I would appreciate it.

I would have pics now, but it is raining....and I have to go to work...maybe tomorrow.   :D

You will love the Griffin. Bow of choice for a recurve, Pittsley Predator. Bow of choice for a longbow, Griffin's and ACX CS's. Jamie, being a Predator shooter you'll love how that Griffin shoots and you'll be on the "hunt" for more soon. I have two now with a third on my way in the mail. Have a new one ordered from John but that one is a "long way " out. Did you pick it up used or did you get it from John. Congrats!!!

Very nice pick up Jamie. Bring it up when you come and we'll run the arrow bucket it through it to find what it likes.

Not sure what the wood is, but it is used throughout the entire bow. Black glass on the belly...

Bowsey, it felt bad about the fact I have been rained on at work since May....gave me just about thirty seconds to snap the pics.

Gotta say that bow looks better in pictures then it did on the wall in a basement archery room.  ;)  Best of luck with her my friend! You deserve it.

How long is your draw length, Jamie?  I love my 64" bow with my 29" draw, but was wondering what it would be like shooting a shorter one.

pdk25

You asked about arrow suggestions.  Mine is 55# at my draw length and these combos tune well out of my bow.  30" 2213 with feathers/wrap and 175 grain tips/standard inserts.  31" axis apg 400 with feathers/wraps and 200 grain tips/standard inserts.  30 3/4" beeman mfx classic 400 with feathers/wraps and 145 grain tips/75 grain adapters.

I was looking at the MFX...but Im a four-fletch junkie...looks like it would be a tight fit with the small diameter.

Never used the 4 fletch, but I've found that with those skinny shafts I don't need as much fletching.  Just a thought.  I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it to Denton Hill, but if I do you can try my arrows if you are going.
