I decided to bring my bow with me for some stumping, the day was simple, go fish then go shoot,..so the first thing we did was fish....we 20 min in at a canal we just found and here hear my dad scream "bring your bow" I got it and ran to him as fast as I could, I mean the guy was fishing with 6lb line I knew I had to get there quick....as soon as i get to him I noticed huge swirls about 12ft infront of him, hetold me to shoot when its head popped out and thats what I did! shot right in the eye =]

this is my first fish with a bow, I Know it won't be my last! =]

Now that's cool!

Somebody once said something like "I always aim for the eye.... sometimes I miss and hit 'em in the head."  Always thought that was a good saying.

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

30coupe thanks and no it isnt this was my first kill with it...probly around 24 yards no joke!

Wow! I'm not sure my old eyes would even see that little bugger at 24 yards. When I was your age I could have...youth does have its advantages.

I was going to ask how you liked the Kanati by now, but it appears they will have to pry it from your cold, dead hands lol!
