I just checked and the results are online

Got my elk license. Now I had better get really serious about getting my old butt in shape. Those mountains get steeper every year.

We will try to save you guys a couple of goats.  I have been seeing some decent bucks on public ground this year. Don't know if they will be there in September, however.

Fellow member Schlaggerman and I got drawn for  deer tags in the Bighorns. I was there once, and had a great time. Plus it's a lot shorter drive from Wisconsin than the 25 hour drive to Utah that we used to make for mulies.

Drew,
I have the month of September to hunt elk. I may hunt the stinky goats for a couple of days if I can hook up with you guys. When do you think you will be coming out to hunt?

No elk.....again.... but all my deer tags

el_kirk

I buy my dad an antelope license as a birthday present every year.  I got my antelope tag, but my (non-resident) dad didn't.
Too bad, that was the tag I really wanted us to draw.

Guess he'll have to caddy for me!   :)

elkbreath

nope, will be hunting general again.  drew 1 out of 8 years!!!  I've scouted every nook of that unit, guided several guys to big bulls, but for me, no dice.  oh well.  General is fun too!

where did you draw ferret?

Barney....Did you make that name up, WAPITI ?   :scared:

Area 88 StinkGoat again!!!!   :banghead:    :banghead:   So I'll just hunt the whole darn state for Deer and Elk....Thank God for them GENERAL PERMITS.....and LEFT OVERS...........

Rusty Arrow15

No go for me, I guess I used all my drawing luck last year. I thinking of general elk as well.

Jack Skinner

Drew 55 for any antelope, and 39 for doe/fawn antelope. Got an additonal cow/calf elk tag for the Madres. Will go for Gen elk and deer. Didnt draw the additional doe/fawn deer tag for the backyard though.

Vance, I know you've driven through Wapiti, you must've blinked. Wapiti is kinda famous, pretty sure it was the first place in the US to build a bear fence around the elementary school   :wavey:

FerretWYO

I did not get a tag for your backyard either Jack.

Yea whats up with that. I have drawn the area three years in a row. Guess my luck ran out.
