I've been out scouting and 2 evenings ago in a 15 km (9 mile) stretch of logging road , i saw 10 adult Bears, 3 were sows with cubs and 2 cow moose and a young bull in velvet. It's going to be a great season starting August 15th. Hers 3 Pics i'll add more over the next few days . Sorry cannot get photobucket  to post pics ,will try later.

Sergio- I was up travelling through Minden last weekend, and a young bull moose casually walked out on the road in front of me. Must have seen a dozen deer on my way through to Ottawa, along with a couple dozen turkeys. I had no idea that the turkeys had spread that far, but they were everywhere.

Segio. is Red PineLodge still going strong up there? I bow hunted there in 85 and 89...Had a great time and got a bear both years..Good hunting..Mike
