Ill. nonres.bow permit???

Got my Ill non res. combo lisc. today, what gives with the drawing,just applyed Mon.Just got lisc ,no tags ,no explaination on whats going on.Can someone enlighten me??

Even with the cap # they will sell one to anybody who wants to dish out $500. Good old fashioned IL politics at work my freind! I'm embarassed that my state takes such advantage of nonresidents.

Did you buy the hunting license in addition to applying for tags?  You shouldn't get the deer permits until after the draw.  They recommend waiting to buy the license until you are sure you get the tags.

Found out that I got a copy of lisc. as a receit,that explains why no tags were attached.Envelope even stated" lisc. inside".Sorry guys,a buddy asked yesterday when he applied.

It's the insatiable, big antlers demand, and as long as Illinois produces gigantic bucks, the more prices will soar and land will be locked-up.  It's a sad commentary for those who want to hunt there just for the sake of hunting.   I'll stay at home and look for a good buck (in my "good buck" terms) right here in Pa.  Prostitution is ugly, no matter what form it takes.
